Joining a Membership
Subscribing from the Creator's Page
- Visit the creator's memberships page. You'll usually find it linked from their main site, a newsletter, or a social post.
- Pick the tier you want and click Join.
- Enter your payment details on the secure checkout page. Your card number goes directly to Stripe — Equipoise never sees or stores it.
- You're brought back to the creator's site with your membership active.
Accessing Your Content
Once you're subscribed:
- Sign in with the email address you used at checkout.
- Open My Memberships from your account menu.
- You'll see every membership you have, grouped by the creator you support.
- Click a collection to browse the content it unlocks.
If the creator has a course (a structured series of lessons), you can also open Course Progress from your account menu. It shows a progress bar for each course you have access to, and a Continue button pointing you at the next unfinished lesson.
What If My Payment Fails?
If your card stops working, your membership moves into a grace period instead of cutting you off immediately. You keep access while you update your card. See What Happens When Your Card Fails for the full walk-through.
Canceling
Open Subscriptions from your account menu to cancel. Your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for — then the membership ends cleanly. You won't be billed again.
