Frequently asked questions
When do I receive my credit?
You receive your $15 credit immediately after the person you referred makes their first payment. Since they get the first month free, this happens about 30 days after they sign up.
How are credits applied?
Credits are automatically applied to your billing balance. They reduce your next invoice automatically—no action needed. If your credit exceeds your bill, the remainder carries forward to the next month.
Is there a limit to referrals?
No! Refer as many people as you like. There's no cap on referrals or total earnings. Every successful referral earns you $15.
What if someone I referred cancels?
Once you earn a credit (after their first payment), it's yours to keep regardless of what they do later. Credits are based on first payment, not ongoing subscription.
Where do I find my referral link?
Log into your Dashboard and click "Referrals" in the sidebar. Your unique link is displayed there with a convenient copy button.
Can credits be converted to cash?
No, credits can only be applied to reduce your Equipoise subscription costs. They cannot be transferred or cashed out, but they never expire.
